Dopethrone, a stoner metal trio from Montreal, will visit Warsaw's Hydrozagadka.

Dopethrone has been active since 2008, playing squalid metal anchored in NOLA-style sludge and sluggish doom. Their riffs are thick, suffocating and destructive, and their lyrics deal with murder, self-destruction and smoking weed. Dopethrone debuted in 2009 with the album Demonsmoke; they have released four more albums since, the most recent of which is 2018's Transcanadian Anger. Their next album is expected to be released in 2024.

Dopethrone are joined by the doom metal outfit Karavan, formed in 2019 on the southwest coast of Norway. United by a passion for sounds full of the power and mysteries of the universe, they create dark and cosmic sounds inspired by diverse corners of the genre, combining influences from bands such as Yob, Sleep and Dopethrone with the raw and unforgiving nature of their home country. They made their debut with the album Unholy Mountain in 2023.

The bill is rounded out by Moonstone, a band formed in 2017 in Krakow, Poland. Their sound combines dynamic stoner and doom metal and a wave of hypnotic guitar riffs, heavy bass and rumbling drums. They released their eponymous debut EP in 2019; since then they have released one more EP and a full-length album.
