About Drahla

The Leeds group Drahla updates post-punk with intense, cerebral songs inspired by legends like Wire, the Fall, and This Heat. As a trio, the band combined Luciel Brown's deadpan vocals and powerful rhythm section with alternately fierce and hypnotic results on 2019's debut album Useless Coordinates, their first for Captured Tracks. They've since expanded to a quartet and released their second album Angeltape in 2024.
