About Minds

Minds is a multicultural project of two musicians, singer Eardlyho Jordaan (South Africa) and the guitarist and composer Pedro Mejia (Colombia). The band for his relatively brief stay in the Canary Islands had a chance to record their first eponymous album Minds. On Lanzarote, the small volcanic island, the band also randomly met. Their paths crossed on a boat in 2010 and, after finding that piggybacking on the same wavelength, they began immediately to plan a joint project. Both band members come from completely different cultures and life experiences, so we can track down the album Minds folk, rock and jazz genres though are among the pop.
