One of the most promising and at the same time the most original trumpeters of the Polish jazz scene. His albums "Alaman", "Imprograohic" or "Mnemotaxa" have been mentioned in the forefront of the most important albums on the Polish stage of improvised music of recent years. Damasiewicz is Fryderyk's winner in the 2012 Debut Jazz category for the album Hadrony, recorded with the Aukso Chamber Orchestra.
