Metropolitan Jazz Band trumpeter Joseph Krajník was founded in 1972. MJB creatively develops and enriches their improvisational skills of jazz historical trends since the beginning of jazz to the swing era, so we find in the repertoire of songs by L. Armstrong, S. Bechet, D. Ellington, G. Gerschwina, as well as local jazz artists J. Jezek L. Korbaře, EF Burian and J. Krajník MJB bandleader.
Joseph Krajník the band attracted attention at festivals in Spain, Portugal, Holland, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Poland, Hungary, in Russia and Ukraine. She went to exotic places, the Canary Islands and the African Melilla. Among the greatest achievements include participation MJB world Dixieland Festival in Sacramento, USA.
