Kurt Elling is one of the most outstanding jazz singers in the world. This phenomenal artist was nominated for the Grammy Award nine times, and in 2009 for the album Dedicated to You: Kurt Elling Sings the Music of Coltrane and Hartman received the award for the best jazz vocal album. The prestigious Jazz Journalists Association honors Elling almost every year with the title of the best jazz vocalist, he was also honored in 2018.
