Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue + special guest: The Record Company

After Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue have had a concert break here in germany, the outstanding trombonist and his big band return for two concerts in spring 2019. Now with The record Company as a support act, nothing stands in their way.

In the past few years, Troy Andrews aka Trombone Shorty has had gigs in the White House, supported Macklemore and Madonna at the Grammys, played on albums of She & Him, Zac Brown, Dierks Bentley and Mark Ronson. He has also been part of Daryl Hall & John Oates' and The Red Hot Chilli Peppers' tours as a special guest. Additionally, he attracted attention with a cover version of „In Bloom“ performed with Dave Grohl himself at the drums at the legendary Voodoo Threauxdown in L.A.

His current album Parking Lot Symphony includes a lot of emotions and a variety of sounds; from fanfares and deep groove funk all the way to bluesy fragments and bragging hip hop sounds. Everything is connected through Andrew's outstanding trombone play and his ide of „music brings unity“.
