Audioriver is an electronic music festival that has been taking place in Płock since 15 years. Every year it expands its program of concerts and additional attractions, now attracting not only fans of electronic music, since it is also visited by artists from the world of alternative, pop, rock and hip-hop. Last year, as many as 11 music zones and stages appeared on Audioriver, with over 120 concerts of artists. Among them were The Blaze, Modeselektor, Jon Hopkins and Charlotte de Witte. A varied programme is not everything. Audioriver captivates with its unique location and actively participates in the life of Płock. The festival town is being built on the beach on the Vistula River in Płock. During the day, electronics fills the Old Market Square, where free concerts, discussion panels and music fairs take place.
Fans of classic dance music will certainly be pleased by the arrival of legends of the genre. Richie Hawtin, a Canadian minimalist veteran, will present a show of maestry and precision behind the console and techniques performed with the precision of a surgeon. More than twenty years on the Dutch scene will be celebrated by Joris Voorn, who will also perform live and with a brand new show. Also returning to Audioriver is the perennial number one of the global DJ charts, Dixon, to once again enchant with his magical selection.
As for new faces, the heaviest strains of techno music will be represented by Sara Landry and Ogux. Both the American and the Turk are triumphing on stage with powerful, dynamic sets that allow you to dance away all the cares of the world. For those who prefer more positive sounds, French house scene sensation Folamour will play in a special audiovisual project and Ukrainian progressive house and melodic techno star Miss Monique.
In turn, the most tender notes will be struck by Elderbrook, who dedicated his latest album to his children and fatherly responsibility and delights with his sensitive vision of music rooted in deep house. Danish synthpop band Whomadewho plans to release new material in 2024 will also come with new songs. The duo Overmono, which combines British club music with increasingly bolder inclinations toward R&B, will play their first show in Poland after the release of their debut album.

Speaking of British sounds, Lodz could not miss headliners from the drum & bass scene. Metrik, a star of the second, more melodic wave of the genre, will come to Lodz with a live AV set. The drum program also includes his colleague from the Hospital label, S.P.Y, who will perform together with Lowqui, an MC from London. The lineup is completed by the recovering The Caracal Project, a young Frenchman experimenting with the framework of the genre.
The move to Lodz would not have been possible without the involvement of guides to the Polish capital of electronic music. For example, long-time promoter and acclaimed DJ from the local scene, Wonter, who will take the stage together with MC Maniak, will perform. The younger generation will be represented by Bambi Uzi. There will also be, of course, the 175 BPM crew, who, after last year's fruitful collaboration, are still committed to promoting the genre at the festival and are preparing a special set for the three of them.
