Data Point Prague 2024

Data Point Prague 2024 is an event that centers around the dynamic world of data, with a particular focus on Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. The primary objective of the conference is to establish a recurring international platform in Prague for data professionals to exchange practical insights, real-world applications, and contribute to a thriving data community. Three stages filled with international speakers, hands-on experiences, workshop-like sessions, and a pre-conference day, the details of which will be revealed shortly.

Speakers:
Alberto Ferrari (Fouder of sqlbi.com) – Alberto started working with SQL Server in 2000 and immediately his interest focused on Business Intelligence. He and Marco Russo created sqlbi.com, where they publish extensive content about Business Intelligence. Today, Alberto's main activities are in the delivery of DAX and data modeling workshops for Power BI and Analysis Services all around the world. Alberto is a well-known speaker at many international conferences, like PASS Summit, Sqlbits, and Microsoft Ignite. Sessionize profile.

Pawel Potasinski (SR Program Manager at Microsoft) – Member of the Microsoft Fabric Customer Advisory Team (CAT). In his professional career Pawel has always been associated with data engineering and analytics (SQL, BI, Big Data). Founder of the Polish SQL Server Users Group (PLSSUG), today known as Data Community Poland. Regular speaker at conferences, community events and user groups. Pre-con trainings:
Delivered by Alberto Ferrari and Pawel Potasinski, along with the Power CAT team from Microsoft, there will be two simultaneous all-day trainings a day prior to the conference. Details will be announced soon.
