Warsaw's Progresja will be filled with the Brooklyn sound, all thanks to a set by DJ Premier, who announces his return to Poland.

DJ Premier is without a shadow of a doubt one of the most distinguished figures in hip-hop history. Together with Guru, he co-created the cult line-up Gang Starr and had a huge impact on the sound of records by artists such as Nas, Jay Z, Snoop Dogg, Mos Def or The Notorious B.I.G. His characteristic style, consisting of perfectly harmonised loops, scratches and samples by jazz, soul and funk artists, has been identified with the Brooklyn sound for years and reflects its atmosphere more than any other. His biggest commercial success came with his collaboration with Christina Aguilera for the album Back To Basics, on which he produced several tracks, including the hit Ain't No Other Man. On 3 June, the legendary producer will return to Poland and present a show featuring his best numbers.
