Jiří Dědeček, poet and singer-songwriter, celebrated his 70th birthday in February 2023. Since then, he has been touring the republic as a young man with his "chansons and rhymes", playing guitar and ukulele. Audiences can expect a cross-section of his repertoire, from the oldest songs from his album Zabili trafikantku (The Traficant was killed) to the newest ones from his LP and CD Nebudu bydlet v Québecu (I won't live in Québec). Of course, there will also be translations by Jacques Brel and Georges Brassens. As usual, the concert will be interspersed with readings from his latest poetry collections.
The concert will take place in the garden of the villa. In case of bad weather, it will be moved to the attic.
