Tintilo Musical Theatre, in association with the Palladium Theatre, presents the musical Oliver Twist, based on the novel by Charles Dickens. This classic and - it would seem - old-fashioned piece of literature still carries a message and hope that the good given to the world comes back. But even though the story described in one of Dickens' most popular novels is set in the dark realities of 19th century England, the creators of the musical want to offer young audiences humour, an atmosphere of mystery, beautiful music and dance, and, last but not least, thrills - all in an attractive modern edition with a pinch of old-fashioned charm. The story of Oliver Twist also has a very contemporary equality message: it makes you realise that social position, the place a person occupies in the world, do not matter; they are a matter of chance and do not prove a person's true worth.
