Palmovka and its surroundings have a huge potential thanks to its connection to the city centre and at the same time it is the centre of gravity of the whole lower part of the Rokytka valley. Due to its location and its position as a public transport hub, it has many prerequisites for development, which must be coordinated and conceptual. Therefore, the Prague 8 Municipal District commissioned the preparation of a zoning study of Palmovka, which was prepared by the Department of Urban Development of the Municipality of Prague and prepared by UNIT architects. The resulting study will be presented by Petr Hlaváček, Deputy Mayor for Territorial Development, Filip Foglar, Director of UZR, Radomír Nepil, Deputy Mayor of Prague 8 for Territorial Development, Tomáš Hřebík, Deputy Mayor of Prague 8 for Strategic Development and Filip Tittl, Chief Architect of UNIT architects.
