About Sasha
Alexander Paul Coe (born 4 September 1969), known professionally as Sasha is a Welsh DJ and record producer. He is best known for his live events and electronic music as a solo artist, as well as his collaborations with British DJ John Digweed as Sasha & John Digweed. He was voted as World No. 1 DJ in 2000s in a poll conducted by DJ Magazine. Sasha turned his first LPs in 1988 at the Haçienda in Manchester. He became internationally known with his productions and as a resident at the New York club Twilo. On his own label Last Night On Earth, he releases music by artists like Marc Romboy, Timo Maas and the Berlin based act Gheist.
