Sinatra Tribute

Frank Sinatra's most famous hits will be performed by artists who will be accompanied by classical musicians, namely opera singer Daniel Klánský and opera diva Karolína Cingrošová.

Before the concert, visitors can treat themselves to a signature dinner, which consists of three courses and is based on the traditional Prague cuisine of the 1930s. The menu is prepared by the chef of the Art restaurant Mánes Jaroslav Zahálka, who is a former member of the Club des Chefs des Chefs (a club that brings together chefs who prepare menus for heads of state). The entire event lasts two and a half hours, with a three-course dinner starting at 7:00 p.m., followed by a concert of Frank Sinatra's hits at 8:00 p.m. The concert program is divided into two parts, with a short break during which guests can order drinks, relax and enjoy the view of the river.

Menu:

• Soup – Pea cream, butter croutons, fava beans, basil crème fraîche, watercress oil, afila sprouts
• Main course – Boeuf bourguignon in red wine gravy, fried oyster mushrooms, onions, potato and celery purée (vegetarian: Steak of baked cauliflower, purée, wild broccoli, nuts relish with pecorino cheese)
• Dessert – Sweet mini dumplings, vanilla custard
