The Polish leg of Ukrainian band White Ward's tour – this evening's show at VooDoo will also feature the Polish band Las Trumien, and Dymna Lotva.

White Ward are a band from Odessa, Ukraine, who describe their music themselves as deviant black metal. The genre's classic instrumentation is supported by keyboards and a saxophonist who is a regular member of the band's live incarnation. They have been active since 2012 and, in addition to several demos and EPs, boast albums – Futility Report from 2017 and Love Exchange Failure (2019), which has found a place in many summaries, both in Poland and internationally. During Pandemic, they have prepared a new EP, Debemur Morti, which premiered in June 2021. At the concert in Warsaw, they will be promoting their latest album, released in 2022, the well-received LP False Light.

The concert at VooDoo will also feature bands Las Trumien and Dymna Lotva. Active since 2020, Las Trumien is a sludgemetal project from Wroclaw and Katowice, featuring musicians from Mentor, O.D.R.Y. and many other bands. They write about their sound themselves – dirty riffs, a rocking section, lots of rubble and filthy lyrics about the most heinous acts of the human race. Smoky Lotva mixes doom and post black metal, occasionally adding dsbm and folk elements. Due to the use of true stories in the lyrics, the musicians' style is sometimes referred to as 'documentary metal'.
