Zlomvaz 2024
The Zlomvaz Festival is a festival for people who love theatre and art, especially for students of art universities. It is traditionally organized by students of the Department of Production at the Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, and this year's edition is exceptional for its thirtieth anniversary.
As guests and colleagues, students from the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno, the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava, and also from Poland will be invited to the festival. At the same time, the graduates who have been with Zlomvaz in the past will be included in the program.
The subtitle “Fresh” is a reference to the upcoming generation of young artists, a reference to the freshness of the repertoire and to topics that (not only) students consider important today. The environment, the polarization of society, social and personal identity, all this and much more will resonate at this year's Zlomvaz.
