Klunkerkranich

The Klunkerkranich is a concert stage, bar, café, club and playground all in one and is located on the top deck of the parking garage of the Neukölln Arcaden department store. 1000 square meters of wood were installed on the parking deck when the project was launched in 2013. In 2017, the second hut Hinter den Alpen was opened and offers even more space for Berlin culture.

Today, the open-air location is a cocktail bar with concerts or a popular party venue in the evenings and a family-friendly café during the day, while also hosting poetry slams or readings. In addition, street food and flea markets take place and there is an affiliated urban gardening project that runs a rooftop garden and where interested people can garden along.
